Good Hay mucha desorganización en el desayuno, poco espacio para muchos huéspedes. La calefacción estaba muy alta con calefacción central y las ventanas no se podían abrir, eso provocaba un embotamiento en la habitación. No hay heladera en la habitación ni posibilidad de dejar ningún refrigerio en la cocina. La limpieza, el acceso del hotel a los puntos turísticos, la zona y el personal del front desk.
Good Attention la moquette mériterais un nettoyage en profondeur. Je souffre d'allergies et j'ai du prendre mes médicaments d'urgence tous les jours. Déconseillé si vous souffrez d'asthme allergique. Le nettoyage de la chambre est sommaire (ne regardez pas dans les coin) mais suffisant si vous ne souffrez pas de problèmes allergiques. Le personnel est à l'écoute et très disponible. L’hôtel est bien situé (centrale park est juste à côté, 30 min de marche de times square, le métro est tout proche).
Will not stay here again. Room was too small for 3 people, could not walk through the room unless other 2 people were sitting on the bed, window ac did not provide sufficient ventilation or air flow to other section of the room, was told by staff to open the window, radiator in room always warm, closet would not close if you hang clothes inside, could not close bathroom door while using the sink because the bathroom was too small, hallway outside our room was obstructed daily by thand cleaning supply cart, I could go on and ... read more
