Great location, excelent staff, but really small rooms! Rooms are extremely small!!! Our luggage was an issue, we had 2 bags, and the space was so reduced that we hardly can walk through the bedroom, the closet was so narrow :( it was comfortable but a really tiny room! Bed like a cloud, excelent staff really kind, the rooms are extra small and have no views, the location is excelent, but we felt it's a high rate for so little space in the room, but we are aware that you are paying for the super good location you're staying ... read more
Really enjoyed it & it was so conveniently close to everything Elevator use... there was only 1 Actually, I was traveling with a child older than 18 & the accommodations were perfect for us!
Exceptional There was a problem with the toilet in our room. It was fixed three times but still didn't quite work... Apparently it's a known problem in the hotel... Keith, Suzanna and all the staff were lovely, very helpful and welcoming. The location is very good, close to the subway, on central park and very close to Columbus St.

Servicegericht hotel in fijne woonbuurt Ontbijtruimte is krap, alles van plastic, een groot tv-scherm overheerst deze kleine ruimte. De lobby bestaat uit 2 stoelen en een tv in de entree ruimte, daar ga je echt niet lekker zitten. De ligging van het hotel is prima t.o.z. musea en Central Park. Hoekkamer met kingsize bed aan de straatkant is net groot genoeg voor twee personen: 's morgens hoor je de vogels!
