Gunstige en rustige ligging van het complex. Een lift (6 personen) voor een 14 verdieping tellend gebouw, met elke verdieping zo'n 8 hotelkamers geeft wel oponthoud tijdens de spitsuren. Ook het restaurant was tijdens het ontbijt niet toereikend voor het aantal gasten. Daarnaast viel het internationaal buffet tegen. Nagenoeg elke dag hetzelfde en keuze uit een karig aanbod.
