Okay The staff were not very attentive, once we waited to speak to someone who was on reception who was on a personal call and ignored us. Our room was right by the stairs which meant it was very noisy at all times of day and night, we were frequently woken up. Good location, close to central park, easy to get around and lots of restaurants nearby.

Toppenhotell med frukost Missade fylla på kaffepåsar ibland. Kaffebryggaren på rummet. 3 bäddsrummet litet men passade oss perfekt med tonårsbarnbarn. Möjlighet till dator och skrivare. Tillräcklig frukost. Perfekt läge vid parken och två olika Subway nedgångar i närheten.
Für Kurzurlaub perfekt Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr kalt , im Zimmer sind überall die schwarzen Harre der Putzfrau, das Zimmer ist sehr klein !!!!! Aber nur zum Schlafen reicht es , leider fehlt ein Aufenthaltsraum ........ Das Frühstück ist vielseitig und ausreichend, immer eine höfliche Auskunft,

ok - mit Optimierungs-Potential Zimmer und Bad winzig mit so gut wie keinen Ablagemöglichkeiten, keine Sitzgelegenheit außer auf dem Bett, sehr laute als Heizung zu verwendende Aircondition, schmutzige, kaum kälte-isolierende Fenster (daher Heizung permanent nötig), Frühstücksraum zugig und kalt(aircon!), Frühstück mit Papptellern/-Bechern, Plastikbesteck und viel Einzelverpackung eine unglaubliche Müllquelle, mein Pyjama verschwand mit der Bettwäsche, wurde zwar wieder gefunden, aber ungewaschen in der Rezeption gelagert, d... read more
It was a nice visit to New York The breakfast menu could improve with more hot stuff. Or to include omelettes I love the personnel and they treat us perfectly
