Goed Hotel kamer was wat klein De locatie
Excellent The friendly staff.we also liked to closeness to central park. The hotel was clean and the staff was very polite.we found a cockroach in our room climbing on the wall i immediately told hotel staff.they offered us another room but at this point it was 9pm in the evening and our daughter was sleeping.we decided to stick it out through the night.the next morning we were moved to a different,it was very inconvenient!

Good The heater made a noise that kept me awake one night, I had to turn it off. Great location, one block away from Central Park and the subway. The bed was very comfortable and cozy. Friendly staff.

Just right for our first time in NY. Lift too small Reception staff very pleasant.
Good Eggs and sausage at breakfast were inedible--undercooked, eggs the folded over variety. Plenty of breads. Very crowded breakfast room on weekends. Tiny NY style rooms. Washcloths were like loofah cloths--need to be replaced. Towels ok. Clean. Beds ok. Windows open a little.
