Okay hotel in nice location Most of the staff weren't overly helpful, e.g., the guy at the front desk really didn't seem to care at all that the bathroom clearly hadn't been cleaned prior to our check-in; rooms are adequate but nothing special. Neighborhood location was great -- a minute's walk to Central Park and lots of cute bakeries, restaurants, and shops nearby.

I definitely would come again to this hotel - convenient, clean and nice staff. i know this is the breakfast area, but my one comment is that the hot water was so so and the bathtub would not hold water.
Little gem 1/2 block from Central Park Very comfortable beds, rooms are smaller it this is NYC Staff was amazing everyone at the front desk went above and beyond Great local bars and restaurants in area
