Staff let the place down... Not enough seating in the breakfast area. The lift is terrible, get a ground floor if you can as the lift is slow and small. We were on the tenth floor and had to wait ages (especially around breakfast hours). Staff (especially the breakfast lady) were exceptionally rude, unhelpful and lacked the most basic customer service skills. Great breakfast including cereals, toast, pastries, waffles, muffins, eggs, sausages, coffee and juices. Rooms and kitchen were clean. Location was good
Pleasant Room space is too small. I will not choice this hotel again. And not recommend this hotel to my friend.

Overall good Комната очень маленькая, но это нам не помешало. Мы приходили только спать ))) Расположение отеля удобное. Можно было пить кофе/чай круглосуточно на первом этаже. Номер чистый, свой утюг.
