Fantastic holiday, all started with a great hotel in a great city Breakfast seating area could have been better not a lot ofseat,some morningsvery busy not enough seating Location location,staff
Exceptional The staff was very friendly and helpful, specially the morning desk clerk.
Pleasant with a few minor flaws The rooms were very small and the room we were in had patio doors for the bathroom, there was no point in having a window in the room because you could not pull the blinds up and what i could see was just a brick wall. It would of been nice to have had the option of tea and coffee available throughout the day. The bed was very comfy, very close to central park and pleasant staff.
Great location, overly small room Room was so small. Measurement of the room would have been great to know beforehand but the great staff made up for our disappointment in being so crammed in. Good thing we did not accumulate many packages Great location in a quiet neighbourhood. Would stay here again
