Very disappointed I would like to file a complaint regarding the reservation I made for my family at this hotel. The experience was extremely disappointing. The property looked nothing like the photos: it was dirty, the bedroom was dirty, they never cleaned the bedroom or change sheets or towels and the rooms were significantly smaller than advertised. Housekeeping only came on the last night of our stay to make the beds, not changing sheets, despite our repeated daily requests. As a result, my family had to sleep with the s... read more

Very Good Tiene un solo ascensor para todo el hotel, asique muchas veces estaba colapsado.....subí y baje los 10 pisos!!! El desayuno justo, baje a desayunar a las 8 am y ya no había más yogurt ni frutas, es decir no reponen Las habitaciones grandes y cómodas. El personal super atento. La zona muy linda para caminarla

Si queres ahorrar y estar en una buena ubicación y no te importa estar comodo, es una buena opción -Las habitaciones son extremadamente pequeñas, casi no hay posibilidad de moverse -La limpieza de las habitaciones no es diaria -Durante una mañana se cortó el agua del hotel!! -El desayuno, un desastre: durante nuestra estadia no funcionaba la máquina de café, no habia agua caliente, no funcionaba la tostadora. Muy malo El hotel está muy bien ubicado, y a buen precio
