Perfect location, fairly priced, friendly staff but poorly managed. Coffee machine was out "temporarily" the first morning I was there and was still "temporarily" out 6 breakfasts later. Staff brought in 1 or 2 Mr. Coffee machines so there was usually a crowd of 10 people waiting for that one cup machine to brew, which took 3-4 minutes. One or two days is understandable but to go on for a week was ridiculous and the staff suffered because of it. Obviously weak management. Me fascina new York pero a este hotel no voy más. Lo cobran como un 5 estrellas La habitación chica , sin placard, sin heladería, servicio de mucama un día sí y uno no . El ascensor único para personal y huéspedes Solo el desayuno es aceptable
It worked out just because we were out from 8 am - 11pm. It needs upgrades. Carpets are really worn-out. Location is very good.
Buena ubicación, terrible el hospedaje. Es larga la lista… las habitaciones sucias y huelen a humedad, no hacen cambio de sábanas ni toallas diario, también huelen a humedad y están manchadas, mucho polvo, solo hay un solo elevador y estábamos en el piso 12, eterna la espera para poder usarlo y los últimos días estuvo suspendido el uso del elevador, subir y bajar hasta el piso doce después de caminar todo el día estuvo fatal, bajar las maletas desde el piso 12 horrible, jamás llegó personal a ayudarnos. Good hotel if the elevator works. Not disability friendly. One night my kids and I came back late with food and the front desk gentleman asked us if we needed utensils and told us we could go into the kitchen anytime to get some. The next morning I went into get a spoon and a different staff member came in yelling at me that I can’t be in the kitchen. INACEPTABLE Calidad versus el precio. La distribución y el aspecto general de la habitación (el baño, un mueble que ocupa la mitad del poco espacio del cuarto). El personal muy atentos y amable.
