Poor Hotel sale,wc bouchées 3 fois en 1 semaine,un jour sans eau. Ascenseur hors d'age qui fonctionne par intermitence. Petit déjeuner très moyen dans une toute petite salle. Endroit a éviter⁸ L'emplacement.

Terrible and we didn’t stay at the facility and they would not refund me Staff was rude and didn’t accommodate me with the right room told me it was not refundable and I didn’t stay at the property because the room was not what was expected and dirty

Desastroso Para empezar, los empleados hablaban español perfectamente y sabían que éramos españoles y no se dignaron en ningún momento en contestar en español, incluso cuando nosotros le hablábamos en español. 14 plantas en este hotel y solo un ascensor, prepárate para hacer fila para poder montarte. Además de hacer fila para el desayuno, porque sí, 14 plantas de hotel y solo hay literalmente 6 mesas para poder sentarte. A parte de que el desayuno fue muy malo y muy poca variedad. Το δωμάτιο που οριακά μένουν ποντίκια εκεί! Το δωμάτιο ήταν υπερβολικά πάρα πολύ μικρό έγραφε 10 m² φυσικά και δεν ήταν τόσο ήταν πάρα πολύ μικρό οριακά χώραγε ένα άτομο πόσο μάλλον που είχα κλείσει δίκλινο πραγματικά απογοητεύτηκα ήταν βρώμικο μικρό και όποιος έχει κλειστοφοβία το παθαίνει. Επίσης το προσωπικό ότι και να του ζητούσαμε δεν το είχανε από βασικές ανάγκες όπως έναν φορτιστή αντάπτορα από ευρωπαϊκό σε αμερικανικό. Από την τρίτη μέρα και μετά δε βάζανε ούτε εμφιαλωμένο νερό στο πρωινό. Μόνο η τοποθεσία

Adequate, and sufficed. Paid a lot though, so not value for money. Staff cheerful. Felt safe. Bedroom was small. Bathroom even smaller. Daughter got bitten (bed bugs). Main light bulb didn't work (didn't report it until end of stay, as there was an alternative light - so I would like to think this would have been fixed if I'd mentioned it). Room keys didn't work. Repeatedly had to go back to reception for keys to be re-done. They then worked once, but not next time (not kept near any magnetic sources, credit cards, etc). Ins... read more

Basically because it was late we slept in other room and in the morning I complained about the size wrong advertising by First night got in late and they gave me a room with saturated carpet . This was at 12.30 am as we notified we would be a late check in. In the booking.com advertising they had 15 metre square rooms and 10metrerooms . When I complained about carpet they said they didn’t know about wet carpet they had a big fan on it. There was nothing to like apart from location
