Disaster It was dreadful. The room was tiny, the bathroom a cupboard with no ventilation save for a three centimetre gap at the bottom of a very small window. The hotel was seedy, cheap and nasty and not at all what we were expecting. The air con produced a lot of noise but not much else and hot pipes ran up through the wardrobe which meant any good the a/c did was cancelled out. Location was great in terms of the proximity to restaurants and cereal park but overall disappointing stay. Filthy corri The corridors and rooms were filthy. Missing towel rails and broken sockets. Our tv was broken on arrival. Lift kept malfunctioning and we didn’t have any wifi on any of the floors except the lobby for over 24 hrs - not sure if it took longer to fix as we checked out. We were also covered in flea bites from staying in our room. Location was great

Mala atención al huesped Nunca arreglaron la llave y chapa de acceso a la habitación siempre debiamos bajar 2 o 3 veces para que alguien nos ayudara a abrir la puerta . La ultima vez lo hicieron con herrramientas porque unca arreglaron la llave La ubicación

Für 1-2 Tage vielleicht okay, aber nicht für längeren Aufenthalt Das erste Zimmer war so klein, unsauber, sodass wir ein anderes Zimmer verlangten. Das ganze Hotel war schmutzig, verdreckt. Es gab nur einen Aufzug, auf den man lange warten musste. Der Frühstücksraum war dermassen klein und vollkomen unzureichend für so viele Gäste. Wir mussten paarmal warten oder wieder kommen, da wir kein Platz zum sitzen hatten. Das Minimum an Frühstück wäre ausreichend gewesen, wenn nicht andauernd etwas "aus" gewesen wäre. Hotel oceniam jako słaby. Nie otrzymaliśmy pokoju zgodnie z zamówionym. Zamówiłem pokój z dwoma łóżkami dla trzech osób a dostaliśmy jeden pokój z jednym łóżkiem…. Pomimo wcześniejszego potwierdzenia mojej rezerwacji mailowo, że wszytko jest zgodnie z zamówieniem na miejscu okazało się inaczej… Byliśmy zmęczeni podróżą i było już zbyt późno na szukanie innego hotelu dla tego tę noc spędziliśmy w gorszych warunkach… Lokalizacja obok central park

Worse stay possible At arrival, I try to get into my room finding out that there was someone else in it, and needed to wait got another room. This one was extremely noisy from having some kind of engine on, 24 hours and just outside my window. The staff were extremely rude and very dismissive. Worse stay of my life and left with a horrible headache that I need to recover from before being able to get back to my things. The location of this property is definitely convenient!
