The hotel is not worth the money the customers are paying for. The customers are paying for location I paid a lot of money for a tiny room with dirty carpet and very old amenities. Breakfast tasted awful, all food were stalled except the orange juice , thank God.
Fair Die Zimmer konnten leider nicht beheizt werden was im November etwas unpraktisch war, die Klimaanlage war innen nicht ordentlich gereinigt, sodass man sich nicht getraut hat sie aus gesundheitlichen Gründen anzu machen. Am ersten Tag wurden mir 120€von der Kreditkarte abgebucht, welche ich als Kaution verstand wie in der Buchung angegeben. Jedoch weigerte sich das Hotel mir die Summe wieder zu erstatten. Jammer, erg jammer… Zeer verouderd, veel gebreken in de kamer. Bij inchecken kregen wij een andere kamer dan geboekt (we hadden een kamer geboekt die toegankelijk was voor iemand met een handicap (moeder is slecht ter been) en we kregen een kamer met een badkamer van nog geen 1 bij 1 meter waar zij onmogelijk kon douchen. Tevens was de televisie stuk en dit was een bekend probleem van de kamer, maar ons niet verteld, een dag later mochten wij naar een andere kamer met pijn en moeite. Decepcionante 1) De seis días limpiaron la habitación uno solo a pesar de que le dijimos expresamente que la limpieza sea diaria. 2) En dos oportunidades tuvimos que bajar a recepción porque no funcionaba la cerradura. 3) El desayuno era de 7 a 10 pero a las 9 ya no había comida (ej. waffles) y no reponían. 4) El desayunador era tan chico que no había lugar para poder desayunar allí y teníamos que buscar la comida e irnos a la habitación. 5) La habitación era tan chica que teníamos que sacar las valijas afuera porque sino no... read more

Bad That they cancelled my reservation as I was landing in NYC. They had already taken my money out, it was not even a hold they could just release, and they cancelled after I had already prepaid for my transportation to and from this location. It was completely unprofessional and I have never been treated so poorly by a LaQuinta facility, but I can assure you it will be the last time. I always book with this chain, but never again. Highly disappointed with how this situation was handled. Nothing
