Couldn’t wait to leave before the “free breakfast” Freezing cold room. Flimsy pillows and thin comforter Drafty windows. Cold air pouring in Noisy a/c unit could not keep up with the draft Sagging bed in center TV not working. Not even basic channels . Room was too small didn't stay. Room was extremely small 6x6. I'm extremely claustrophobic so to bare the elevator to then step into that tiny closet. I request a double room I stayed for less than 60 seconds The front was very understanding and said she would honor my refund which booking.com said is still pending
Building needs a LOT of mantenance but the employees are keeping it afloat. Unfortunately we were in a corner room with 5 windows on a cold windy night. The drafts around every window made the room extremely cold. We slept with were hats and gloves for some of the night. The employee who managed the breakfast buffet was great. The front office manager was extremely helpful. The location was perfect.

Staff were nice and helpful, good location, accommodation and bathroom was cramped and tired. Building was cramped, elevator often had queues of people. Building floorways and doors were tired worn and dirty. Building needs a complete refresh, new doors, paint walls. Bathroom door was smashed, hanging on one hinge, lock and handles were damaged and not working, this doesnt make you feel secure.. Room was tiny, there were no chairs to sit in. Nice staff with comfortable bed but this particular room needs work. room and especially the bathroom was very small. Top portion of bathrom window was open and we couldnt shut it. Staff was able to shut it tne next day. Windows were very drafty in this room. Very dirty /stained hassock in room . TV did not work well.Room was very noisy at times since it was on the 2nd floor right above the front door of the hotel. Don't recommend especially for winter A draft from the window (changed a room, but it was the same in the other room). Staff said there will be 'engineers' that will come to my room and fix it but they never came. Had to fight to change the room A man at the reception was not nice at all, not even a modicum of a smile Rundown rooms Some of the staff were nice and accommodating Location
