Poor Atitude de uma recepcionista, elevador. Quarto esquisito. Localização muito boa. O hotel é uma zona e achei a recepcionista arrogante. Café da manhã satisfatório para o padrão americano.

Despite the friendliness of the staff and the great location I don't think I would stay here again. We had problems getting into our room every time (with the exception of twice) we tried to go in and out. The first night we had to wait over an hour to get in because the batteries were dead in the lock. Our sheets were not clean when we arrived and our room was not cleaned two of the days we were there. Lastly our toilet clogged several times, one time before we left we asked that someone take care of it and it was not done ... read more
Terrible, staff was mean, not helpful and when I said something it got worse so, if you like retaliation and horrible st The staff was rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. The women who worked in the dining room was so mean, I actually was scared of her. I dropped a plate 1 day and she yelled at me and stood over me and watched me clean it up myself while simultaneously yelling at me, calling me names and kept yelling at me that what I did was terrible and I was NOT doing a good job at cleaning it up either so, she hovered ove... read more
Fair The hotel needs renovation, the rooms have some broken or non-working lights, but the beds are very comfortable and you can really relax on them. Overall the hotel is not bad, with great staff who are always responsive and ready to help if needed. The location is also good and the staff can always advise you on good places to visit.

Dit is mijn eerste negatieve recensie ooit, maar dit hotel raad ik iedereen af. De kamers zijn vuil en worden niet goed onderhouden. Er ligt overal tapijt dat niet alleen versleten is, maar duidelijk zelden gestofzuigd wordt... Daarbovenop zater er bed bugs in onze kamer, nr 1106. Het personeel aan de balie is ongeïnteresseerd en niet echt vriendelijk. Bij aankomst moesten we plots nog zo'n € 270 facility fee betalen... anders geen toegang tot de kamer. Geen aanrader... S***hole Place was a mess. Dirty. Bathrooms absurdly small. They check me into a room that had not been cleaned. Then they gave me another room where the key did not work to the door. Total mess
