Edward was quite cold and honestly I could only blame it on him being racist. The employee who received us - Edward was very unkind and kicked us out before we got to experience the hotel because 'he did not like us'. He gave us a signed paper confirming that he would refund us fully. We arrived too early and there seemed to be some miscommunication with a colleague who asked us to book for an earlier check-in via booking.com. Very Poor The pictures online are very deceiving, room was smaller than expected, FIRE ALARM went off in the middle of the night and there was no Night staff working, staff was MIA!! . VERY SCARY SITUATION. Staff was nice , breakfast was ok,
Don’t book unless you really don’t care about the hotel and just want to be close to Central Park Hotel is terrible, nothing like the pictures, you can’t use restroom unless you leave the door open and sit sideways because sink is literally on your lap. They claim they have breakfast but just soggy carton eggs and dry sausage. You have AC and heater on the wall but you can’t turn off the heater so you have to burn or turn on the AC as well to balance it. Super slecht Niet bij dit hotel een overnachting boeken!! Het is heel anders dan de foto’s. De kamers zijn vervuild en onveilig met veel mankementen! Na veel aandringen kregen we 3 van de 4 nachten als refund echter bijna 30 dagen later hebben wij nog steeds geen refund gehad. Het hotel reageert op geen een bericht. Denk twee keer na voordat je hier een overnachting boekt want het zijn oplichters. Niks

Dirty, loud, unaccommodating. Receptionist who checked me in was rude and unhelpful. Rooms were incredibly loud and walls paper thin. Room was not clean. The receptionist who checked me out was nice and went out of her way to help me.

Nice for short stay no more than 2 people per room. Rooms are extremely small and outdated. Things are broken and ugly. Had no internet in my tv. Complained several times. No one came to fix it. Only one elevator. Right next to Central Park. Breakfast was ok.
