Price don't match the place. The room was really small, the carpet smells really bad, the bathrooms was unconfortable, i really don't felt good. Location was good, near to a lot of good restaurants, Central Park and Metro Station.
Fair Lo viejo y descuidado que está. Es muy muy antiguo y estan las habitaciones y la moqueta en bastante malas condiciones teniendo en cuenta el precio que tiene. La ubicación es buena ya que tienes cerca parada de metro con muchas conexiones y la zona con central park es tranquila. El personal es simpático, sobretodo las chicas del desayuno.
Depressing Gouge We paid $631 a night for a total of $1894 for three nights; we splurged in order to be near our daughter’s home. What we got for our money was a very small very dark room with no maid service until the last night. We had two towels, one hand towel and one washcloth for the two of us. Wish I'd checked reviews on Yelp first. Booking is worthless at resolving issues. everything else. This is literally the worst hotel I ever stayed, anywhere in the world. This place should be shut down. Filthy, nothing works, I stayed at nicer places when I was a student, backpacking. Had to change rooms 4 times before the "best" one they had to offer. Location and staff great, unfortunately that’s as good as it gets. I wouldn’t recommend. Unfortunately the rooms were tiny and extremely cramped. (We couldn’t fit 1 suitcase on the floor space). For one person it’s bad, for two it’s impossible. It’s very run down, grubby and the size of the breakfast room isn’t appropriate for the volume of guests with often queues for breakfast. Location was superb. Beside subway and Central Park. Couldn’t beat the location. Staff were amazing and very friendly.
