Disappointing
Absolutely terrifying. Rude customer service desk It was dirty, small, bed bugs, loud. I can’t stress enough how dirty it was amd how much it smelled. The only thing I liked about the property was the location and what was around it.

Poor The staff is not friendly,not helpfull and till today i have not received my bill. It is very important for me becaue it was business trip. I spoke with booking and they told me that hotel is rsposnible to provide me the bill. Hotel is too loud, dirty and busy. During 7 days my room was cleaned only once. Breakfast room small for the amount of residents. Location was great. Breakfast was good, The soundproofing could be better - in addition to the noise from the corridors and other rooms.
Good breakfast and clean room and location was positive. I will pay higher rate to other options on next visit. TINY rooms! In all my travels I have relied on Wyndham and La Quinta. Major disappointment. Cannot refer if asked. Booking.com should warn potential travelers of the small room issue. Location
Very average, cramped and hot Very dated and in need of renovation. The air conditioning unit was so noisy we couldn’t sleep with it on. It was super hot and windows useless. Shower handle fell off. No fridge to store cold water. Look elsewhere Proximity to Central Park
