Instalações ruins, ótima localização. Quartos minúsculos, carpete fedido que parecia cheiro de cachorro molhado, pinturas descascando nos banheiros, janelas imundas e elevador único de serviço e para os hóspedes. Café da manhã bom, apesar de não ter frutas. Localização muito boa, ao lado duas linhas de metrô e do Central Park.
Bad I got scammed through Booking.com mobile app. Through the chat with the accommodation. The front desk were not willing to help in any way. My worst experience so far! Location was good
Disappointing Room ws very small and batchroom even smaller, it was difficult to change clothes inside. There was a probem with key vards during my stay in this hotel so every time I wanted to enter my room I had to notice hotel personnel and wait in the hall until someone opens door for me which was pretty time-consuming. I couldn't sleep at night as the IC made loud noises. Next to the Central Park.

Disappointing Room was dirty and water for shower was cold. and just 1 elevator is really not enough it is always full. Also breakfast room was really small. And some workers were really rude. Its location
Great location but if you are going to charge more the rooms should be a little more decent. One elevator Great Location. For a first timer going to NYC I liked it near Central Park and great restaurants and Cafes
Muy decepcionante. Menos mal que la ciudad te alegra la estancia Todo sucio, habitación reducidisima, habitación deteriorada, desayuno escaso y el personal poco amable y poco servicial. La ubicación es espléndida.

Esse não é o hotel barato que sai caro, é o hotel caro que sai caro mesmo e que não vale nada! São muitos pontos negativos: o tamanho do quarto não condiz com o que foi contratado, fui surpreendido por um quarto muito pequeno, apesar de ter reservado um quarto maior pelo Booking, inclusive pagando mais caro por isso. Além disso, o nosso cartão de acesso ao quarto simplesmente não funcionava e alegaram que todos os demais hóspedes estavam com esse problema, como se isso justificasse alguma coisa, passamos cinco dias lá e nunc... read more
