I would think twice before I book this hotel next time. Rooms are very small and the door locking system was broken and when I spoke to the staff got to know it was broken for like 2 or 3 weeks but still didn’t fix. So if we wanted to enter the room we always have to find someone from the hotel staff if it was past 8PM you have to go to the front desk to find someone from the staff. Location. 5 minutes walk to the Central Park and subway station

I’ve been very disappointed at the poor maintenance of the place. Two aspects: first, most importantly, the key card machine had been broken FOR A WEEK which meant any and every time anybody wanted to go into their room they needed a staff member to let them in. THAT IS RIDICULOUS, and makes the high prices including the resort fee outrageous. Готель має чудове місце розташування, але ціна і якість не відповідають дійсності Коли я поселилась , мені повідомили , що ключі не працюють і коли мені треба буде відкрити номер треба повідомляти рецепцію , щоб вони відкривали . Я декілька разів чула кала по 25 хвилин щоб мені відкрили номер . Працівники відповідали в грубій формі . Мені сподобалось місце розташування
Super Lage, extrem teures Hotel für leider sehr viel Dreck und Gestank. Kakerlaken, dreckige, stinkende Teppiche, Flecken in Bettwäsche und Handtüchern. Außerdem hatten wir keine Karte/ keinen Schlüssel zum Zimmer. Um aufs Zimmer zu kommen musste immer jemand aufschließen. Das hat mal länger mal kürzer gedauert. Da konnten die Leute nichts für, aber das Gerät für die Karten war den ganzen Aufenthalt lang defekt (über eine Woche). Außerdem hat es auf dem Zimmer immer muffig gerochen. The hotel was the worst one we could have stayed in .Shame on Wyndham It was dirty , no room keys. Dirty carpets broken tap . The smallest shower room . Damaged doors. I can provide pictures. Absolutely nothing
Fair Las instalaciones bastante precarias, la puerta del baño casi ni cerraba, el aire acondicionado parecía que iba a explotar cada vez que arrancaba y cortaba. Por otro lado no funcionaba las llaves de las habitaciones, por lo que cada vez que uno quería ingresar debían ser acompañados por quien se encontraba en la recepción y muchas veces esperar largos ratos.
