Really bad hotel in a really good location. General appearance/smell. Size, ventilation, healthyness and practicity and comfort of the room. Location and some members of the staff.
The place was HORRIBLE & we like a refund. They had a VERY small elevator and it us anywhere
Not worth staying again at all The rooms was just way to small for 3 people to sleep in... The only thing that was good about this place was the location of it...

Bad We didn’t have keys to enter the room we had to tell the staff each time we wanted to open the door such was very inconvenient and sometimes took very long until they opened

Nice location, but has a lot of problems. Staff is friendly and breakfast is ok 1. There were no room keys. I was not told this until I checked in. They said the system was broken. So EVERY SINGLE TIME, over the course of 5 days, that I wanted to get into my room I had to tell the front desk and they would send someone up to open the door for me.
