never go dirty room, horrible breakfast, bugs and insects in the room. very tiny for the price. we changed after 2 nights. Claudia was the highlight of the stay and was very helpful. she tried to help and offered an upgrade but the place was too dirty and horrible so we said no.
Bad Nothing im very upset about my stay . I had a reservation about 1 room double room with double and twin bed. I told them at what time i was going to do my check in. Disappointing
Hotel INFESTADO de TECUEJOS. 1. llegamos en la noche y al hacer el check in la recepcionista se equivocó de cuarto y nos asignó una habitación ya ocupada, al abrirla había una familia dormida y se molestaron mucho que abriera su cuarto (con justa razón) al comentarle esto la recepcionista me dijo que no fue su error y se molestó para asignarme otra habitación. 2. Very Poor Rooms way too small even for NYC. Plus, everything in the room damaged and beaten up. An awful mouldy smell in the bathroom. Also saw a couple of crawling insects i the room. Only one elevator in the hotel with 14 floors and the maintenance crew was using the same elevator, so you end up waiting for it for at least 10min. Location. Breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly.
Wouldn’t recommend to anyone Oversold hotel. Couldn’t get us the booked room and amount of beds. Put in smaller room with one for us. Facilities were sub par and not clean. Stains on the bed. Bathroom too small
never again It was tiny, humid, and not clean at all the bathroom was gross had to get my own supplies to clean it!!!! staff was nice location was perfect
Fair wifi was not available in my room location.
My Styay at LaQuinta Mattress was worn in the middle causing serious back pain throughout the night, especially the next day. Mattress has to be replaced. It's past its usable life. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. I didn't expect that. Room was very small but clean. Staff were very nice. The location can't be beat. Location, clean, breakfast.
