I enjoyed my stay however, I would have been more comfortable with some heat in my room. I must say I really enjoy staying at this hotel. However I wasn’t happy that I didn’t have heat the night I stayed. Overall was a good experience. I liked the location as well as the hotel.

Disappointing The facilities are old and not so well maintained. The rooms are a little old, without much ventilation. The bathtub broke but they fixed it quickly. The elevator is very old and very time-consuming so it often pays to use the stairs. The location it’s amazing, very close to Central Park and a lot restaurants and stories.

basic hotel , decor a little tired but friendly staff. Excellent location for Central Park. lift broke down and when was working very very slow. stair way was very scruffy, dirty carpet etc . my room had to have blinds pulled down all the time as looked out onto fire escapes and brick walls . other properties windows very close. good location , friendly staff , self service breakfast
