No se queden ahí El elevador tarda muchísimo en bajar y es el mismo para las my amas así que se la pasan bajando de piso en piso con la basura y ropa sucia y uno tiene que esperar hasta que ellas termina de usar el elevador La cama tenía pulgas y estamos llenos de ronchas y el segundo día de estancia no llegó la señora que hace el desayuno y se tardaron una hora y media en abrir el comedor

Fair Leere Sachen beim Frühstück wurden nicht aufgefüllt, an einen Tag gab es nur kaltes Wasser, WLAN Verbindung hat nicht bis in den 14stock gereicht, Handtücher mussten wir immer alleine nach holen, völlig überfüllter Frühstücksraum. Viel zu wenig Platz für alle Urlauber, Müll liegt im Flurgang II Die Lage war gut, alles fußläufig alles gut zu erreichen....
Wir waren 14 Tage dort und würden wiederkommen, falls sich nichts Wesentliches ändert. Reinigung der Zimmer könnte besser sein. Die Lage: 5 min Fußweg zum Central Park, zur Subway Station 72. Straße auch nur ca. 10 min. Amerikanisches Frühstück ausreichend, nach 1 Woche langweilig. Plus: Kaffee/Tee den ganzen Tag !! Lautes Zimmer wurde sofort getauscht !!

Ich werde in dieses Hotel nicht mehr buche, auch wenn es von der Lage Spitze war. Ich hatte das Bettwanzen in meinem Bett (Matratze)waren, die am Bein sehr unangenehme rote Flecken hinterlassen haben. Meine Verlangen nach einer neuen Matratze war dann nur UMDREHEN vom Fußende zum Kopfende. Ich hatte das Gefühl es war nichts " Neues" für das zuständige Personal. Frühstück war eintönig, der Kaffee war gut und das Obst abwechslungsreich
ich komme nicht mehr Personal unfreundlich wir haben ein Zimmer gebucht das es garnicht gibt Frühstück sehr mangelhaft extrem laut in dem Zimmer man hört den Fahrstuhl und ein Gebläse das nachts alle 20 min angeht die Lage war sehr gut
Location is the only redeeming factor for this hotel. The room is unbelievable small and outdated. Air conditioning is noisy. Only one elevator for the whole building. They make you prepay the whole stay at check in, this was bad as when we saw the room we wanted to leave and of course it was non refundable, we felt trapped. TV does not work. Location, promotional price.
