Good location but a bad customer experience. The standard rooms are really small and need to improve the cleaning because I found one small cockroach in the room. Also, the night receptionist didn't make my check-in on their system she marked me as a non-shown client, and the morning receptionist fixed it but she is very rude to everyone and don't even think about complaining to the manager because I saw her being rude with others customer too, what makes me believe that all staffs there are unprepared to deal with customers... read more
With all the problems it has a certain charm, Great manager. Comfortable beds. The broken elevator. The room had been double booked so my husband walked In on other people. The blasé receptionist. The fact that breakfast was included and that the manager was exceptional.. The location is beautiful! The fact that they had told drinks and breakfast there,
Didn't sleep owing to the large quantities of cockroaches. I killed 3 cockroaches. One ran into my bed sheets at night which ruined my experience. Had to sleep with the lights on. There were also signs of previous customers having killed cockroaches. The place NEEDS extermination services. Everything was great, especially the service. Staff were very friendly.
This place is not as portrayed. The tiny elevator, the room is too small for a queen bed that covers most of the room. The reception.
Fair very dirty staircase. Cockroach running on the wall. Very unpleasant morning shift at the reception on the first and second day of stay. The location is excellent, quite good breakfast. Coffee available after breakfast.

Fair Las instalaciones. El edificio cuenta con calefacción central, que los días que no hace frío no la apagan y eso te obliga a prender el aire acondicionado para no sofocarte en la habitación. El problema es que el aire acondicionado hace un ruido insoportable que prácticamente no te dejaba dormir. Así que las opciones eran dormir con mucho calor o fresco con mucho ruido.
