Disappointing Zimmer sehr klein. Extrem laute Klimaanlage. Fenster schließen nicht vollständig. Der Fahrstuhl war bei 3 Übernachtungen 2 mal zeitweise ausgefallen und das bei nur einem existierendem Fahrstuhl und einem 14-stöckigen Gebäude. Frühstückstücksbuffet häufig leergeräumt. Frühstücksraum viel zu klein für die Anzahl der Zimmer. Morgens völlig überfüllt. Die Lage am Central Park ist Top. Überwiegend freundliches Personal.

cheap and good location but rooms not clean, barely working elevator, no staff at night to let you into the property roach in bathroom, very slow and poorly working elevator-took over ten minutes most times and we were on there with floor so stairs weren’t an option, no one was manning the door at night so we stood in the rain for 10 minutes knocking on the door before we were let in location

In spite of convenience, we probably won't stay there again. Constant noise every 15 mins all night long - a rattle or buzz, like AC or Heater. Not street noise. Sounded like from room next door. hard to get exact location. Not from outside. Wife did not sleep all night. Maids cart in hallway 24 hours, hard to get suitcases around it. Horrível! De tudo. Foi tudo muito mau. Funcionários mal educados, pequeno almoço péssimo, quarto muito pequeno e sem condições, não forneciam as toalhas todas, não forneciam os produtos de WC, o elevador era horrível. Muito caro para tanta falta de qualidade e de serviço! A localização
PEOR EXPERIENCIA EN NUEVA YORK Primera noche llegamos y teníamos 2 habitaciones reservadas, una de las habitaciones que era para 3 entraba solo una persona y no correspondía a lo contratado hace MESES. La solución, que buscáramos otro hotel o que durmiéramos en el suelo. No nos dieron ni si quiera una frazada. Era media noche por lo que no nos pudimos ir y uno de nosotros tuvo que dormir en el suelo. No entraban las maletas, muebles viejos y baños enanos. NADA, no vengan / NOTHING DONT GO
