Roaches in the room There roaches in the room and the morning receptionist was very unfriendly. Location, the subway was near and nice restaurants for all budgets.

Bad The receptionist and check out today (January 17th, 2023) at noon was very rude. The worse experience I had in all reception. The rest of the staff was very good and very helpful. Particularly receptionist that was working this morning was very rude, unprofessional. She should not be in customer service if she is not happy there.
Poor the staff was as helpful as they could be. there was no hot water, brown water in bathtub, drain didnt work. we had to change rooms 3 out of several nites due to heat in room not working, issues with bathroom. there was no engineer to fix issues. we asked for a did get a discount for the troubles but be forewarned. there are some serious issues in the building.
for a Wyndham property. I was expecting a little more comfort rooms were extremely small and dated the staff was friendly
If you want a hot shower and room to turn around in the room, stay away! Room was super small, stuffy and too warm, no ventilation. Bathroom not quite clean, and no hot water too often. For goodness sake, upgrade your hot water heaters for better service. We could barely turn around in the room without bumping into each other. No frills, more like a hostel but with a breakfast at least. Breakfast was good; loved the waffle station! I would not book here again if I could avoid it. Disappointing No realizan aseo en las habitaciones la ubicación
It was okay but I don’t think I would stay there again. Loud radiator… thought room was gonna be bigger. Small bathroom. It was clean. It was comfy. Nice staff.
We will not be staying there again. Although we had paid for the room through Hotel Tonight, the staff at the front desk insisted that we pay again. We had to fix it through our credit card in the end.
