Disappointing Habitaciones pequeñas feas Ubicación
Poor $30 resort fee per night for a tiny room with a broken window that was barely staying in its frame, deficient heating and an elevator that couldn't be called from my floor. Mask mandate wasn't enforced indoors. Staff were nice and friendly.
Old, small, unconfortable but well located The overall hotel is old, the rooms fell packed and old fashioned, smells like old furniture; bathroom was incredible unconfortable: the toilet was so stretched you could barely sit and it would a challenge not to hit the sink while at it. The location is by far its charm, but to be honest there's not more than that. One thing though is that the staff at the reception, though is one person only, were kind.
bad ugly bad
Stay there because of its location. We were in town for the Macy’s thanksgiving parade. The room was incredibly small. Only enough room to walk between the beds. Asked for a chair for the room. Was told they don’t have chairs in the rooms. The toilet didn’t flush properly and found out this was a problem with other rooms. My sister was on the 2nd floor and the elevator would never stop on the 2nd floor. Breakfast was okay. Had hot foods which are always a plus.
Disappointing
Poor value for money The room was not just small, it was also dirty. I found a stale hunk of bagel on the floor when we walked in. The room wasn't cleaned one of the days that we were there. The hallways and staircase were dingy, dirty and old. The heating unit broke in the middle of the night. Location. Staff was friendly.
Poor - Zero ventilation and bad smell in our room! This was the biggest nightmare - The sheets were so so old - The room is tiny... This is mentioned in other reviews and we thought people were exaggerating... but they were not. Opening the bathroom door meant hitting the bed. - One slow elevator to cover all floors - Location close to Central Park
never again the hotel was really bad. it was not clean position
