it did give us a place to sleep. Not a place I would go back to. the hotel was going through a renovation of the rooms. it was a relatively small room and there was only one elevator. for 14 floors it took a long time to get the elevator during check out times and breakfast times. it was e very crowded lobby with a buds tour waiting on the small lobby for their rooms. hours ahead of checking in

Appalling customer service The lady at the front desk is utterly rude and seems determined not to make the stay enjoyable. There is a dysfunctional coffee maker in the room, and there is no kettle for hot water. When I called her, she told me to come to the ground floor from the 12th floor if I wanted coffee. So, the coffee bags in the room were meant to deceive. I had travelled all day and wanted to rest and enjoy the hotel, but her attitude destroyed the mood from the onset

It was a nice stay and fine for when you’re not staying much in the room, probably won’t stay again Room was okay, we expected it to be small however felt like they could put in some shelves in the bathroom or some hooks to hang things up due to the lack of space in the room! That would have made things much easier. We were given stained towels twice and we had to ring up twice to get new ones Good location and right next to metro station.
