It's Ok, I guess... Oh where to begin! In Booking is says that they work with a parking garage for a fee. This is a lie. Not only they don't work with any garage, they don't even offer information of the most convenient one. We found one that charged us $68 for the overnight stay, which is not bad. Fair The room i stayed in was freezing from the moment i got in night and just freezing n barely slept condition ok Wasn't bothered much by staff as i returned they were gd staff!
Comically Bad! The room was not at all like it was advertised online. Booking.com said the room came with a double bed, a couch and a sitting area. There was no couch or sitting area. The bed was tiny and lumpy like it wasn't a real mattress but just a sheet that someone stuffed with old pillows. It was probably just a very old bed, the sheets looked very old and stained as well. Poor The property was very expensive compared to other options and the following was lacking - - The single small lift cannot handle the customers and then it's used by the staff as well. We climbed the 10 flights of stairs multiple times during our visit - The rooms are deceptively and depressingly small - The breakfast was disappointing to the extent that we rather skipped it - The bedding quality is very poor, our duvet did not even have a cover. I want my money back for being disrespected and then ghosted. Where to begin? Maybe with the crack pipe I found in my room and the front desk clerk who asked if it was mine? Or maybe it was the unreturned email to hotel management? Or the unanswered/unreturned phone calls to hotel management (4 calls) or the unreturned phone call to Wyndham corporate? the location was fantastic
