Disappointed in the condition of property The rooms are rub down and aren't really very clean . Towels/sheets had stains, holes. The first night our king room was given away we had to stay in a very small queen room. No discount or compensation was offered. They moved us the following afternoon. Definitely disappointed The breakfast could have had a little more variety

Rooms are so dirty and uncomfortable - worst stay I've ever had. If I could give this zero stars, I would. We booked a king size room but when we got there they said they were sold out and had to put us in a Queen room. When we got to the room I was disgusted with how dirty it was, but the only reason we stayed was because we were planning to be out of the hotel as much as possible. Mala aislación del frío uf! la habitación era muy pequeña y con muebles muy grandes por lo que se hacía más pequeña aún. Pésima aislación en las ventanas, por lo que pasamos frío en todas las noches que estuvimos (5).
