Big no no! Shocking place, this should be shut down, its such a pity to run a hotel like this in this day and age in the Upper West Side of Manhattan The rooms are awful, the entire place is like a dodgy dive I got out as quick as I could getting out the front door

pernottato una sola notte su 10 prenotate ma solo perché l’orario non mi permetteva di andare altrove…siamo letteralment ho prenotato un soggiorno di 10 notti ma ci siamo rimasti solo la prima!!!…la camera era sporca e le lenzuola idem…abbiamo chiesto di cambiare lenzuola al letto del bambino e ci hanno portato delle lenzuola accartocciate per farcelo da soli…l’abbiamo fatto dormire con noi!!! lasciato l’albergo la mattina seguente ma solo perché costretti a pernottare la prima notte!!!…bagno inesistente come le pulizie!!! l... read more

Very basic and average - the location is great for Central Park. The hotel is quite old, not very comfortable or welcoming. The hotel didn't have our reservation on arrival due to errors on their system, so we had to wait for them to check The breakfast was great! Lots of choice of breakfast items e.g. waffles, toast, fruit, eggs.
Disgraceful First of all, the room was very very small. Second, I got a room on the 10th floor, so I had to wait for the one and only elavator going up or down. But what appolled me the most was to find out that the bed was covered with a stained sheet. Although washed, you could still clearly see that the sheet was full of big greyish stains all over it and it was totally worn out. This made me but wonder what on earth was on that sheet? Vomit? Blood? For over 200$ a night I expect a minimal good quility of bedding even in ... read more
Bra beliggenhet, men gammelt og slitt hotell Frokosten var ok, dog ensformig og lite å velge i. Frokostsalen var traIg, slitt og skitten. Rommene var nedslitte, med gamle og skitne gultepper. Hotellet hadde heller ikke rom for oppbevaring av bagasje. Likte beliggenheten, nær Central park.
Fair We enjoyed our stay but there was pillow shortage.
