No masks! At check-in, none of staff were properly masked (i.e., no mask, mask worn on chin, or under nose). Only one of the other 3 guests in the small lobby was masked. Sign on entrance states that all must wear masks inside in compliance with NYC regulations but apparently LaQuinta doesn't care. Great location, small but clean room, reasonable price.

Fair The room is very small, the conditioner is too loud. Everything is very old The location is perfect

Disappointing The property is really run down and not that clean. Our room was not fully set up with bedding when they checked us into at 4 pm. Eventually we got most of what we asked for (pillows, blankets, towels) but it took a long time and several trips to the front desk. They only have one slow elevator, so it’s hard to get in and out quickly from the higher floors.
