Bad Elevator was out of order. Had to walk up 14 floors to our room.Partner is 80 years old with a heart condition. Was terrified he’d have a heart attack climbing the marble steps.

Good attention and location but needs deep cleaning The whole place needs a deep cleaning urgently. Even just vacuuming the halls. Everything was crummy. There was a dripping from the AC upstairs to ours that was annoying The bed was comfy but squeeky. The location to central park is excellent. The guy at the front desk was nice

My family and I were not pleased with this hotel and will not recommend it to anyone. The room did not have a desk as advertised in their website. The air conditioner was very weak. The room was hot. The bathroom is extremely small, the bed sheets have halls in them. The hallway door slams and makes a horrible noise. Saw a cockroach in the stairwell. The breakfast only had one fruit which is green apple. The front desk staff were nice. Sorely lacking. They only had green apples as fruit. The location was fine.

Not happy. I didn't like that I ordered 2 beds, got only 1 bed. A/C was leaking. Front desk area was dirty. Left over food in elevator and hall. No breakfast available. Location was good.

Terrible hotel The room is tiny. The bathroom is so small that the toilet seat is half under the sink making it almost impossible to sit. Housekeeping always forgot to put either toilet paper, towels, soap & shampoo. The only good thing about this hotel is its location
