Disappointing
A very uncomfortable stay at La Quinta New York Central Park 1)Noisy air conditioning unit, hard to sleep with that level of discomfort 2) 2 out of 3 nights , no towels available after making room . Front desk person always with a excuse on doing laundry for 25 more minutes but never provided. 3)Rug on room and common areas very old and very dirty. Fair Limited greetings upon entering. No luggage cart available. No towels ready in the room. Comforter smelled in places. Bed was decently comfortable

Will never come back. I don’t even know where to start. The main issue is not that the rooms are tiny, or that their only one tiny elevator for 14 floors Hotel, used by guests and all personal, it take a long time to get to and from the room. We had to take the stair multiple times to our room that was located on 14th floor. The main issue that our room was infected with bed bugs and the staff offered no help in resolving the issue. I had to leave all our belongings in the room, find a new clothes, new hotel, and make phone ... read more

No se dejen engañar por el nombre de la cadena de Hotelew Desde que ingresas todo se encuentra desordenado, sucio, la atención del front desk es 0 amable, la habitación muy pequeña por el precio que se paga y además se escucha todo, el baño era demasiado pequeño. La gente que ingresaba al hotel te generaba inseguridad y el personal que atiende nunca fueron amables. El teléfono de la habitación nunca funcionó. Nada

Great location! The room door was a little off. The hallway walls are stained. The elevator has seen better days! The entire hotel needs to be renovated. Easy to check in.
