Bad Staff, managers, and emails from La Quinta all contradicted each other about payment. They broke their own written contract about payment methods, and I ended up double-charged. Most disorganised and time-consuming check-out experience I have ever had. Receptionist refused to call manager to resolve issues. Manager eventually came anyway - contradicted the contract La Quinta had emailed me, contradicted what his colleagues had said, and failed to resolve the wrong payment method and double-charging issue. Please don’t stay here My bag was stolen in this hotel. We arrived one hour before check in so we put our bags where the staff told us. When we came back for the check in, it was not there… they challenged our version, treating us like liars. We had to call the police and fill up an incident report. No apologies or compensation received at all, the staff was very rude since the beginning. Please don’t stay here location is good

Very Poor Habia hecho mi reserva con 5 meses de anterioridad para 3 adultos, para mi , mi esposo e hijo, cuando llegamos a las 12 de la noche, que no estaba disponible la habitación y ademas ya era otro precio diferente al de booking, el desayuno muy regular, pero la ubicación excelente.
Vraiment pas terrible comme hotel à 15min du centre en metro long island etc.il y en a de bien mieux Chambre plus que minuscule 6 fois à NY et pour une fois j'ai voulu etre dans manhattan et quel erreur autant etre à 10-15min en metro ce qui ne change pas grand chose et finalement bien meilleur qualité d'hébergement. la proximité
