Персонал отеля были шокированы, что букинг выставил нам цену, в два раза превышающую их прайс. Они сами сказали, что за такие номера, эта цена очень дорогая Номера не просто тесные, а ооооочень тесные! Завтрак! Это отдельная и очень страшная история Хозяин отеля очень самый адекватный сотрудник, который всё решает🤝

Not good The room was small and dirty. The halls were narrow with filthy carpet. They charge too much for dogs and not everyone gets charged the same price. You get the feeling that you’re being ripped off. The bed sheets felt like cardboard, the sheets were so hard, I slept on my bath towel. There’s only one elevator and people had to line up to catch it. I definitely will never stay here again The location is great. That’s the only good thing I can say

A/c didn’t work, ripped me off The air conditioning didn’t work during a heat wave. After two miserable nights, I asked to be moved to a different room. Later that day they told me that they had fixed it, so I wouldn’t have to move. They had not and that night was also miserable. The next day I checked out and was assured a manager would be in touch about compensation. I didn’t hear from anyone, so I contacted the hotel. They said they had no record I had checked out and refused to refund the unused portion of my stay. I don... read more

Me decepcionó, la atención del personal y seguridad lo rescatable Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas al igual que el baño muy pequeño y el aire acondicionado es malísimo, las habitaciones son para viajeros solos, no familiares. Desayuno aceptable, la ubicación muy céntrica se llega rápido a todos lados. La atención del personal buena, felicito a Anais, Dwayne y Jhait por el buen servicio.
