Disappointing Staff was not helpful. The total price for the reservation was not the advertised when we got to the property they charged a different amount in taxes and fees. Good location

Not ever coming back. The room was not as shown on booking pictures. I only went upstairs for 5 minutes, told the concierge I didn’t like the room and it wasn’t what I expected. Asked him to cancel my reservation, he only canceled the other 2 nights but I was still charged for a night that I didn’t even sleep at. Rooms were not to clean, a lot of humility. Nothing

Filthy drug house. Location was ok. Place was filthy, smell of marijuana everywhere. Bathroom door knob broken. Carpets stained and filthy Breakfast was a cup of coffee and orange juice standing in a little place.

Poor There was marihuana smell in a not smoking hotel. The room was so small and Booking.com not advice it. The only I liked is the location and the people working there.

I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel. I regret booking it. The cost of the room was much too high given the mediocre accommodations. The room was much too small. The "breakfast" was a joke. It took too long for the shower water to become warm. The heating and a/c were too loud and woke me up several times. The wi-fi frequently cut out. The room cleaning was wanting. It was nice to be near Central Park and close to the subway system.
