Property in total disrepair Everything was in disrepair. Two examples: there were holes in the sheets and the bathroom sink was literally falling out of the wall. location is great

Disappointing
I was disappointed in a lack of a desk in my first room (I switched rooms) and no business center. The location is excellent and it was very helpful for visiting family/friends.

Bad The room for 3 was very very small. No place for luggage. Cleaning the room and changing towels every 3 days?! Breakfest is practical, standing with coffee and toast. Location

Disappointing from the start From the start we had issues. Our keycard didn’t work and we had to go back to lobby only to find out we were given the wrong room. We asked for non-smoking but were on a floor where there were smokers so we had the disgusting smell to deal with each time we walked in the hallway. The room itself was a decent size but it had a very small bathroom. A larger sized person would not have been able to navigate in that bathroom. The absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Great location. Bed-completely butt sprung-feet were >5" above head. Bathroom so small you had to step into shower to change clothes. No housekeeping came the entire 6 days, although one elevator taken for housekeeping from 10-3:00 pm! Requested house keeping and finally had to go to lobby for towels-ended up leaving trash in the hall. No parking and very difficult to find parking, we got two parking tickets at $250.00 total. No guidance about having to move your car every day.... read more

Great in a pinch, not ideal for a romantic gey away. Hallway carpets are filthy and lots of noise form people talking or walking up and down. Location is amazing but this tiny hotel is more like a hostel. We got a good rate for NYC, but tiny tiny room with lots of hallway noise. It was clean but cramped and a bit run down.
