Inexpensive older property with excellent location close to the Capitol building. There was only one ice machine. The sign on the 2nd floor ice machine sent me to the ground floor but that one was not working either. When I returned to the lobby, I was told the working machine was on the 4th floor. There was scaffolding around part of the building although I did not see many workmen. Great location and good price No running water the first night due to mains burst out on the street. Not the hotels fault though. Was working the next day. Great location, and fantastic price.
