Best value in downtown Austin I got late check-out but they still knocked on my door to clean early. They were understanding and left me alone when I told them I had a late check-out. To everyone complaining about this hotel, what did you expect from BY FAR the cheapest hotel option in downtown Austin? Yes there was some paint chipping in my room and yes the exterior was dated, but the linens were clean and the staff was very friendly. I got exactly what I paid for and wasn't expecting more. 10/10 it met expectations.

La señorita que me recibió al llegar me ignoró totalmente y continuó hablando por teléfono con alguien más en inglés Lo peor de todo son los cucarachas, están por todos lados y acabo de ver que se vinieron en mi maleta.
