Value for Money for sure - perfect location downtown and decent room, includes breakfast. The building looks old, needs painting job, and the infrastructure was not great. But the rooms inside were very decent. The lobby was not great and the check-in was very late. For the price -> Decent breakfast that is acceptable (but good for price). Clean room, nice bedding, nice bed. The location is outstanding though!

Very Good Building and parking area under construction but not a big deal really. A big issue is having to pay an additional fee for parking per day, on top of room rates. Location was great for downtown attractions such as the Capital Building

For the value ($), La Quinta is ok, I couldn’t hope more than that. The staff needs to be more polite, the gym area is terrible, needs a los of work in there!! The room was comfortable

Friendly staff great location The building is being worked on and is old. For us no problem but some people would not like it The location was great.
