If you just need somewhere to be this would be it The rooms where not as they stated as you will see in the pictures. And the pool as you see has been out of order for awhile and that was not stated at all, even when asked. I was advised housekeeping would come every 3 days they NEVER came. The front desk staff.

Worst stay ever Roaches every where. I slept with lights on and kept waking up worried they would get on me carpet was grimes with huge stains, so couldn't walk on it barefoot. Bathroom looked like it had mold. Location was okay for my needs

Dissatisfied and never will I book here again. The property was dirty and the the beds were stained and the shower was dirty with filt. I notice a lot of homeless people were around the building and even drunks. My children were not happy with this place and the pictures that you have online DO NOT look the same. The swimming pool was broken and green I overall was dissatisfied and will never book here again. I also called the front desk to discuss the fact that I didn’t have a microwave nor a fridge. The staff were nice .

Got covered in bedbug bites My bed had bedbugs, I tried to complain via email/booking.com messenger but kept getting ignored. The location was good!

Disappointing
Good location. Should have been told that the pool wasn’t working and we would have cancelled and booked somewhere else Pool “under maintenance”, the only reason we booked this hotel was for the pool. Saw no one working on it and it looked like it hadn’t been used for a while No fire alarm in room People staying at the hotel who were obviously under the influence of drugs The location was good!
