Fair It was very very dirty little bugs on the floor, the sheets were stained, our first room that was given to us the ceiling in the restroom fell through nothing

I paid online, I had mistakenly booked for the following day. I paid cash & was charged anyway. I paid online but found the I had mistakenly booked for the following day. I paid cash and checked out the next morning. Much to my dismay my reservation that I had booked online was charged for the following night's stay when I was at home in my warm comfy bed and not in Austin. Disappointing The rooms looked like they were never hovered. Beds were hard, pillows were terrible. Breakfast was poor Good location near the capital building

Fair No microwave or fridge. Ice machine broken. Old elevator. DIet Coke machine, free breakfast

Not very welcoming. It was under construction. In room trash found on floor, faucet from shower broken water dripping all the time, no hot water took COLD showers, mattress had black stains noticed it since fitted sheet did not fit correctly, and no refrigerator available

It was fine. Would not stay again. Bugs in the room, overall dirty feeling, huge flashing light outside bedroom window, scary creaky elevator. Location was good and staff was friendly/helpful.
