Wife doesn’t want to stay here again. Plumbing; both the sink and the shower drains were very slow. Wife did not like that at all. Close to UT where daughter attends.

Filthy It’s FILTHY! There was a used sock in one of the drawers when i arrived. Place is run-down, the pool was dirty, it’s truly awful. Location is amazing.
Friendly staff and great location but the rooms are disgusting. We initially changed suites because the first rooms shower had been running and the room smelled like mold + noticeable stains on the couch. They upgraded us to an apartment suite at no charge but the new room was also filthy. Kitchen not cleaned, trash still there, every dish covered in food, the kitchen/bathroom light constantly flickered, the padlock seems to be held together with glue, hole in the walls and no comforter on the bed. Pay more and go somewhere else Very basic with poor upkeep. Mold around bathtub. No tissue or extra toilet paper. A real dive. A typical Motel 6 is much nicer. 1-star would be generous. Our Uber driver warned us it was not in a good area. Close to the Texas Capitol.

It felt dirty The room seemed like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. The whole hotel was extremely run down and hasn't had repairs in a long time. Staff was very friendly.
It was a room with a bed that allowed us to sleep while in Austin. The key cards stopped working twice in the days we stayed there. This is the first trip and hotel stay I've had that happen. The pool was too cold to use and not cleaned well. The room had dirty towels and a washcloth in it the day i checked in. The door allowed light in at the bottom and cracks through the side showing it's not well maintained. The room itself is badly in need of an overhaul. Needs some TLC The whole place is in serious need of upgrading and cleaning. Exterior walkways are dirty with loose plaster, same with the elevators, and only one ice machine was working. The place just feels neglected, like nobody cares. The staff was good, the room itself wasn't bad, and the location was good.
