We stayed in mouldy, dark, dingy room with a soaking carpet. We were given room 232. The room was grotty, the thermostat wasn't working and the shower tap was broken (the tap spun loosely, no water came out). There was no maintenance staff available, so we were given a new room, 328. In that room the carpet around the air conditioner was flooded (1/4 the area of the room) and there was mould all around the A/C and window (see pictures attached). Couldn’t believe how bad it was Room was awful, smoke alarm had been taken off the wall leaving just wires hanging out, shower was falling off the wall as was the bath tap. Nothing

Never again. Waiting for my refund. Everything. It looked and smelled like no one ever cleaned that whole building and rooms. Service was terrible. Nothing. I checked out 5 min after I checked in. I just couldn't stayed so I'm awaiting for my refund now.

Bad experience... for what I paid... I should be refunded Our room was dirty as if it had not been cleaned... dirty towels were still in the room... bed was very uncomfortable... one of the ac units was not blowing out cold air... when we asked for more toilet paper, the girl at the front desk acted like they had none and then said "I have one roll" one roll for 5 people??? LOL The guy at the service desk.. johnathan was amazing... the night time girl... not so much!

Roaches Apart from the location this is the worst place to stay in downtown Austin. - We had reserved a room, and when we got there we were told that there was no more space in their parking lot. They also want to charge us for $45 per night. They told us that they will help us where to park, and we asked for more details we were told to just look around (Very helpful!) - The room was very smelly when we entered. Something between mold and cigarettes. - The towels were very smelly. I highly doubt somebody washed them. EVER. ... read more
