Horrible experience. Everything Nothing

I should be reimbursed for 1/2 of my stay < I could not shower for 3 days No HOT water for 3 days, Location

Desagradable en el cajón una prueba COVID usada Encontré en el cajón una prueba de COVID usada El hotel es muy viejo y según dice está libre de humo de cigarro pero por todos los pasillos hay colillas de cigarro y los cuartos huelen a humo de cigarro, me cambiaron 2 veces y mejoró un poco

Not a great stay and would not do it again if I can avoid it. A lot could have been better. The bathroom smelled of bleach and was still not very clean. The wall was broken as in bits of bricks on the floor. The airco was broken. The lights partially did not work. The breakfast was horrible and stale. The pool unusable and one night there was a fire outside the lobby which the reception didn't even notice. The elevator stank so much I had to take the stairs.
