Smells wet old dingy place, as soon as I walked into the room, the smell of mold was pungent. literally had mold on the shower wall, how the hell do you not notice that or even attempt to clean it? The free breakfast was very moot. You have to use their valet service which is pretty wildly priced, $45 for 24 hours for it to sit in a parking garage that’s literally underneath the hotel and the valet isn’t even a part of the hotel, you have to pay them separately. decent for the price and location. the evening valet on 05/23 was condescending and rude. he treated me like i was stupid because i was unsure of when it was time to actually pay for valet services. the two gentlemen that helped us earlier were professional and kind, but i’m pretty sure they were supposed to charge us for valet services earlier. when i tried asking the evening valet for clarification on when payment were to occur, he treated me like i was stupid, and answered me like he didn’t actually listen to my question.... read more

Very Poor I can't believe Wyndham doesn't have enough money to have their own parking . Hotel was good but I believe that it's dishonest that they don't let you know about the parking arrangements. In your website let us know no free parking, pay valet parking. I don't mine paying for parking but this gets off guard. And I know this not in your best interests. Unfortunately my wife and didn't review the comments. $102 might not be a lot for you but we have to work for it. Hope you keep it honest. Breakfast ok, staff nice.
I would NEVER stay in this hotel again. Found hair in our bed, rude receptionist who was not friendly at all. Also pool was not open due to a simple thing as not having a border between the middle and end of the pool. Also paying for parking was not a good thing in my opinion. The lady at breakfast was hurrying us out of the breakfast area at 9:00 which was not necessary. never that location the day labyrinth needs to go and train her with custom services skills the first customer service was VERY RUDE, she spoke to us like we were stupid . I asked a question about the parking and she said, we have nothing to do with parking need to go next door. I’m like i am sorry what does this mean and she continues to be rude. we got checked in then went to first room 202 sink full of water would not drain, maintenance came in and per say fix it. then the a/c went out . reported it and still did not fix ... read more
will not be back Phone did not work, had to have staff get tv to work, pool was closed because it did not meet state code, breakfast was not as made to believe on website, one of only two elevators was working Staff
