Disappointing Room had no cable reception was bad
I wasn’t happy overall The noise and it was dirty The location was perfect
Horrible! This location needs to be closed! Very Old! Had a Horrible odor! The 2 rooms I booked were dirty! We had the change both rooms! Beds had blood stains on the comforter and mattresses! If we could have gotten our money back would have definitely left and went somewhere else! Valet $51 is a joke!!! Why is valet even offered at this location. They must have thought they weren’t a 1 star rated hotel! It’s 5 minutes from where I needed to go!
Bad it was expensive and not handicap accessible that it was close to downtown
never again. the lobby was filthy. one elevator didn’t work and the other one was very rough. the tub/shower in our bathroom was so dirty it was unusable. the “free” breakfast was a joke. no waffles/pancakes, nothing but boiled eggs and the coffee was like tar.
Horrible. Valet took forever. Staff was rude. There was a roach in my bathtub. Location good, easy to walk to main places in downtown

We chose this location because it was close to our concert venue. We will not be coming back. The room had a weird odor. Looks like there were total clippings on the carpet..There was no hot water.. The alarm on the clock abruptly went off at 6 in the morning, without us setting it. In the breakfast area,the waffle maker was broken. Minimal selection. Ended up eating somewhere else. I have never been to a hotel and been charged a separate parking fee.. The bed was comfortable.
