Never staying here again Some of the staff were rude. The place was dirty, even though they tell you is prohibited to smoke it smells like smoke. The room was dirty, there was a used towel with facial hair or pubic hair just there in the restroom from who knows when. The breakfast was cereal, some old tangerines, old bagels and the waffles. We decide to try the fitness center (gym) and to find out that the receptionist was living there with her boyfriend. Overall never staying here again The location was pretty good.

Certainly not going back There was nothing i saw online mentioning the force valet parking. We had to suddenly pay an extra $50 every night, which is excessively expensive. Also the hotel has yet to charge me. They should charge either at check in or right when you check out. . The staff was helpful and friendly

Sub average The pool was closed and the breakfast was basic, unhealthy and the amount of single use plastic and polystyrene they got through on a daily basis is ridiculous. They clearly don't care about the environment or the waste they're producing. It was also quite expensive. Finally, our AC was broken/perpetually on and very cold. We told the staff and they didn't believe us and they definitely didn't want to bother coming to check it out.
