Poor Dirty, multiple things in the room were broken
Very Poor The front desk lady seemed confused and out of focus when we registered and also upon checking out, the walls in the room were stained and also found a bloody tissue in one of the sheets when we undid the bed. Overall just not a clean comfortable stay whatsoever it felt like a cheap motel.
Poor There was a cockroach infestation in the room and a smell of mold every time we would enter.
Disappointing TV & coffee maker did not work.

Fair The older lady at the front desk was rude. We asked for a late checkout and the guy the day before said 1pm was good to me. The next morning she called at 12 and said nobody would have said 1pm and basically called me a liar. She was very unpleasant. It’s not my fault someone told us wrong. She needs to learn how to be professional. I’m in customer service snd she’s not in the right profession.
I hated it and I will never return there. There was no staff in the reception desk when I checked out. That was so unprofessional.
