Disappointing Day 1 room was roach infested day 2 was good moved rooms. Did get a discount for day 1 of $40. I felt I should've got a full refund for day 1. Location
Good option for location and value but unfortunately not much else. The hotel common areas were unkempt. The rooms were lacking basic supplies (soap, shampoo, etc.). The parking was expensive. Some of the other hotel guests were loud and unruly The staff seemed overworked and unattentive. The only redeeming quality was the location. The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown area, close to the capital complex.

highly disappointed with this franchise. unclean, room was in bad shape: toilet was not working, room key malfunctioned frequently. was disappointed with this La Quinta hotel which did not stand for the other La Quinta hotels. it’s location
