location is good. besides anything within the property, staff and poor management. how dirty it is. location.

WORST STAY EVER!!!!!! The Key Cards didn’t work at all, had to have them reset SEVERAL times. They staff were very inconsiderate, they wouldn’t answer the phone, I rang repeatedly to no avail! I had to change rooms (3) times, got ‘locked out’ of the last room, had to wait for Maintenance to come to ‘fix’ the issue. The area was extremely noisy ALL NIGHT from other guests being loud, going in & out the door constantly, etc., I didn’t sleep at all!!
